Adv. Glaser-Cohen specializes in comprehensive legal counsel in the civil aspect, with added specialization in urban renewal and promoting internation real estate transactions and representing investors and clients in Europe and the US.

In this field, Adv. Glaser-Cohen and the firm’s specialized team handle all the legal aspects entailed by supporting investors and investor groups (syndication) in performing real estate investments abroad, including preparing a full contractual envelope to protect the investor’s rights in making the investments, trust services, establishing legal entities in Israel and abroad, examining agreements, providing consultation and opinions to clients interesting in productive real estate investments abroad, and more.

In urban renewal transactions – Adv. Glaser-Cohen and the firm’s staff provide solutions from the initial examination of the project’s feasibility, negotiating and formulating an agreement, promoting theproject with the planning authorities, financial support, and completing the project.

Before joining the firm, Adv. Glaser-Cohen specialized in corporate law, class actions and derivative litigation, engagement and contract law – domains of law providing her with comprehensive legal and business experience.

Adv. Glaser-Cohen served as an assistant teacher in foundations of law in the College of Management’s Academic Program and as an intern in the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court, in the field of planning and construction.
